As though the risks of intussusception are not bad enough, a research team revealed that Rotarix was contaminated with "a substantial amount" of DNA from a pig virus.

Somewhat by accident, Dr. Eric Delwart and colleagues, who were intending to "show that live attenuated vaccine only contained the expected viral genomes and no other," discovered that Rotarix contained "significant levels" of porcine cirovirus 1. Rotateq, Merck's rotavirus vaccine, was found to contain a virus similar to simian (monkey) retrovirus.

Both the FDA and GlaxoSmithKline spokespeople continue to state that no safety risk has been uncovered from the contamination, at least not yet. But what are they going to say? The vaccine has already been given to 1 million U.S. children, and about 30 million worldwide, who must now live with the consequences of this contaminated vaccine, whatever they may be.

Before taking this potential risk with your child, you must get informed on the risks of rotavirus … the disease the vaccine is intended to prevent.

Rotavirus is very contagious and does cause more than 500,000 deaths in young children each year, but this is mostly in developing countries. In the United States, rotavirus is responsible for only "several dozen" deaths a year, according to FDA Commissioner Dr. Margaret Hamburg.

Typically, when a child in the United States contracts rotavirus, and most do, only rest and fluids are required to recover. This infection also provides natural immunity that will protect your child for life.

As the National Vaccine Information Center writes:

"The CDC estimates that, by age 3, almost every US child has had a case of rotavirus. Once a child has been infected with a strain of rotavirus, he or she develops antibodies and is either immune for life or has a milder case if infected with that same strain in the future.

Most healthy children, who are infected with several strains of rotavirus in the first few years of life, develop lifelong natural immunity to rotavirus infection."

So in most cases, if you live in a developed country there is absolutely no need to get the vaccine in the first place. And even now that vaccination is widespread, the vaccine appears to be having virtually NO effect on rotavirus rates. According to NVIC:

"Today, even though almost all US infants receive vaccines for rotavirus, and despite efforts to improve the management of childhood rotavirus-associated diarrhea, hospitalizations of children in the U.S. with the disease have not significantly declined in the past two decades."

It even states right on GSK's Web site that "Vaccination with ROTARIX may not provide 100% protection to all recipients." The site also reveals the fact that safety has not been established for all infants:

"Safety and effectiveness in infants with chronic gastrointestinal disorders, or with known primary or secondary immunodeficiencies, have not been evaluated."

So with this particular vaccine, children are taking on serious risks with little to no benefit.

The question U.S. parents need to ask is, would I rather risk my child getting a mild disease that requires rest and fluids for recovery -- and then affords them lifelong immunity -- or risk getting them vaccinated and having them suffer from a potentially fatal intestinal blockage or some other unknown side effect?

With this and all vaccines, it's necessary to always weigh the risks versus the benefits, as often you'll find that the risks come out on top.

Unraveling the Unethical Creation of Limited English Proficient Disability Students

In order to unravel the lawless creation of Limited English Proficient (LEP) disability students, specifically, the criminal creation of ESL special education students, based on an inability to speak English, one must understand the conspiracy against rights steps involved. To this end, an examination of the recently created LEP student disability non-validated diagnosis will be discussed first. This newly created and non validated language disability is called the Specific Language Impairment disorder.

SLI stands for Specific Language Impairment. The SLI disability creation is the key part of a new criminal money laundering project created to classify non special education Limited English Proficient ( LEP) students into disability students so criminal money laundering school districts can increase funding under the disguise of special needs expenditures. This criminal disability creation and phenomenon is directed and inflicted in school districts throughout the states via the Special Education Expenditure Project (SEEP).

This entity is led by the American Institutes for Research (AIR). A separate article will be written summarizing these groups controlling targeted public schools under the guise of research.

The creation of the Specific Language Impairment fictitious disability and disorder is consistent with research documented by doctors and researchers who created the Disease Mongering Engine.

In summary, the Specific Language Impairment fictitious disability diagnosis is a non validated disorder based on grammatical mistakes made by students learning a second language. The SLI disability diagnosis targets LEP students for special education placements in contravention to documented communicative and linguistic achievement research.

The SLI disability diagnosis creation is based on labeling LEP students as special education based on their temporary lack of linguistic competence in English. Using the SLI creation, LEP students are criminally diagnosed as disability students based on a temporary inability to speak, read, or write in English without numerous errors in grammar and English usage. In addition, LEP students are being criminally classified as disability students due to grammatical mistakes made that are usually not those of native speakers of English, but of someone experiencing a great deal of interference from another language system.

One of the hallmarks of SLI second language learner student exploitation, is the classification of the misuse of the be verb and ed phonetic sounds, as key symptoms of this fictitious disorder. These are clear cut second language learner grammar and pronunciation problem areas that have been conquered in a matter of time using appropriate ESL methodology and instructional material noted in non ambiguous ESL/ELL curriculum guides.

In summary, the SEEP/AIR perpetrators at the top of the money laundering spiral, took the authentic NYS Core Curriculum for Teaching English as a Second Language, studied the problems of second language learners, and criminally turned the natural language learning temporary discrepancies, into a SLI disorder. The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, together with other agencies throughout the federal government, have been monitoring civil rights issues related to H1N1 influenza. We will also continue to work within our federal agencies to ensure that civil rights issues are integrated into emergency planning and response.

1. Provide information in languages other than English.Public education is crucial for a successful response to any threat. Large numbers of people do not read or understand English well. Yet all people need to understand healthy behaviors, symptoms, and when to stay home. Messages directed at the entire country should be provided in the wide array of languages spoken by limited English proficient people in the United States. In addition, information at the state and local level should be provided in the languages most commonly spoken in those communities. 2. Ensure that there is no harassment or other discrimination directed at people who are immigrants or of Mexican descent. As in all emergencies, the H1N1 influenza outbreak has affected people of many different races and ethnicities. Harassment or other forms of discrimination is not only illegal, but may discourage people from coming forward to seek treatment or information. 3. Provide access to information and health services to people with disabilities. Many traditional notification methods are not accessible or usable for people with disabilities. Health care and other involved entities must make every effort to reach out to every segment of the disability community in formats that are accessible to them.
